BIKEPARK

Having listened to the many bikers and admission collectors around the Dundrod circuit the Dundrod Club are pleased to announce that there will be a new admission & bike park pass for 2007.
The new fenced in ‘BIKE PARK’ will be situated in the Grandstand car park (former hospitality area). Bikers will be able to purchase their pass (£25) and with the special sticker on their screen they will be able to pass through the admission areas straight into the Bike Park, were they can park on hard standing, leave their helmet & jacket in their own portacabin and collect their programme on site. Organiser Leslie Moore said: “We have noticed a huge increase in motorcyclists coming to Dundrod over the past few years but they have suffered some hassle. Now with this special sticker they won’t have to stop at the road-ends and take their gloves off and go through their pockets looking for wallets etc. Rather than parking in fields or at the roadsides were sometimes the police book them they can now ride straight into the paddock beside the Grandstand, park up securely, leave their helmets & clothing in the portacabin, collect their programme and visit the paddock before watching the racing. This new area will hold around 700 motorcycles but such is the expected demand for this package it’s advisable to book early.”
